Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.
  • Sunglasses returned with signs of wear, scratches, lens damage, or missing accessories (case, cleaning cloth, authenticity card) will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and customized or engraved sunglasses are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • For hygienic reasons, accessories such as cleaning sprays or wipes are non-returnable.

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@zayshaframes.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@zayshaframes.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
